Here's session #2 in NY! This guy was such a good sport! I love tht his photos are so "boy" and here are just a couple of my favorites. And to his momma, it was SO good to see you and chat for a bit! We must do it again!

Well Hello, Gorgeous!

While in NY, I had the chance to photograph two gorgeous and fun girlies today! I got some great ones of the two of them together. They play so wonderfully together, that is about all I got! These are some of my favorites of each little lady alone. Look out, mom and dad, the boys will be knocking!

Today's Session...so beautiful!

We had a session today for the little Miss M with her lovely parents at one of the most beautiful parks that I had never been to before! It is Fletcher Park in downtown Raleigh, right around the corner from my old haunts. Who knew!

Little Miss M was very good considering how hot it was (I know I was grumpy). Here's one of my favorites from what I've proofed so far (her parents are so photogenic!).

Holy-WOW!

This week had an extra special delivery from my wonderful UPS lady...my new body! (Ha, that sounds quite funny!) I had a mini-mini-shoot with my dd before my hubby went to work one morning, and here are the results. Definately not the best to be had from this wonderful camera, but I love 'em...must be the mommy goggles!

These were all taken with my 50mm 1.8 (L glass is next on my list), ISO 160, varying shutter speeds...WIDE OPEN! :) (my favorite place to be he he).

Mommy set up the shot, and daddy clicked the shutter :)

BUBBLES! The bubble machine is a wonderful invention (just not in high grass)

I'm a b/w gal myself :) Though I've been trying color more to "break out of the box" so to speak!

Thought this was a fun shot. I love this toy, and I thought it would fit the post processing I did well. Takes on kind of a vintage-y feel! Hope you like it as much as I do :)

Officially Branded

Whew! What a week! I have now officially "branded" my business. Which means, I have done all the legwork, and have brochures, new cards, packaging, etc etc etc! And it all matches and is super fabulous (if I do say so myself!). A few more things to work on and I'm golden. I am about to get an upgrade to the 5d baby! I made up my mind :) Just need to wait for B&H to reopen... I will be back before friday with June's special (I completely missed may...sorry!). Oh, and if you're looking at logos/card designs, give Erica's page a looksee...she was wonderful to work with, and I LOVE my stuff!
